Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Items are dispatched every working day, meaning Monday to Friday, orders placed on a Friday after 3pm or on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (unless it’s a Bank Holiday, in which case it will be Tuesday).  We ship our all our products via Royal Mail.

In the event goods are damaged, we will happily replace – it’s all part of the service!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Prints, Cushion Covers and Mobile Phone Covers can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged. Please choose carefully when making a purchase.  Originals, Limited Editions and ‘Your Very Own Pet Portrait’ are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we will be happy to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@artboxltd.co.uk to arrange shipment.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Artbox Ltd, 90 Station Road, Balsall Common, CV7 7FL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note, all International purchases are subject to the specific country’s customs and duty fees which are not included in the listed price.
